This mp5 player works very well, suits my needs. The Bluetooth and Wi-Fi work just as described. It even comes with a memory card installed so you can offload apps and keep the internal memory in good shape. I even watch TV on it without problems. A couple of things of note - you will need to format the memory card, but it is easy to do. The included earbuds are not so good, but the it sounds great with my own wireless earbuds.

I got locked out of my son’s Google account because it thought he was a bot. I was hoping I could factory reset it but that is not an option. Also it takes a long time to charge, although the charge lasts longer which is a plus. Other than those issues, this is a very good mp3 player that met all my expectations except I couldn’t factory reset it.

I wanted a MP3 player to keep my memory free for photos but i figured I could get a cheap one because all I wanted was music. Bad mistake. I saw this and the description said all the things I needed: Bluetooth, value, storage. I took volume for granted as well as bluetooth range and user interface. Let's start with volume. If I were 2 inches tall or a baby, this might be the sound level i wanted. As I'm neither this does not suffice. Its low... really low. Although clear and balanced through skullcandy bluetooth buds, its max level is easily overwhelmed by average street sounds. No bueno. Interface/UX: after using apple devices with their intuitive user experience, this mp3 was like going back to the stone age. Maybe if the directions were better written I might've known what to expect. Instead i assumed UX would be the universal Apple language. Not so. its clumsy, requires a half hour to figure out. Once understood it was fine but not what you want to deal with. Bluetooth: signal is weak. If you put the device anywhere further than a foot away from your earbuds/headphone it starts dropping audio. thats crazy considering an iphone will let you walk 100 feet before dropping signal. Overall, save your nickels and buy something a little more robust. Its worth it to not have to deal with these issues, especially if you want to listen to music at a fair level without UX difficulties, and shoddy bluetooth connection making you feel like a loser. Bought this for my daughter who’s always borrowing my phone for Spotify and Pandora. This MP3 player with Bluetooth is perfect for my 11 year old! The sound quality is really good, with or without earphones. It already has the apps she needs and was super easy to connect to Wi-Fi. The battery lasts long, and I love that it comes with a case. The size is perfect too! small enough for her pocket when she’s doing chores or out and about.
