Probably one of the best things I’ve bought on Amazon. Measurement was accurate, fireplace is nice, colors are bright. Only thing I don’t like is the shiny finish on the doors; matte would have been nicer.

This fireplace unit looks good for the price however it could use some minor improvement in the wood that is used especially on the parts that support the bottom of the unit. When we were putting it in place the two middle support parts folded out from under the console as they are just cheap lightweight particle board. The directions could also use some help as some things could use wording on top of the minor pictures they provide for install instructions. Overall I'm satisfied with it.

It's an awesome stand! It does take some time to build but it's straight forward process, which one person can do by themselves. I had an issue with one of the LED strips not working. The company addressed it immediately. They sent me a replacement. It took a little bit to get here from overseas but they were in constant contact with me. I really appreciated that. Great product and great customer service. Highly recommended

We purchased this TV stand back in November 2025, and we have genuinely been enjoying it ever since. It has been a beautiful addition to our living space and really elevates the overall look of the room. The combination of the fireplace, LED lighting, storage, and overall design makes it both functional and stylish. Fast forward to April 2026, one of our sons accidentally inserted a clothing tag into the fireplace area. While my wife was attempting to carefully remove the glass panel to retrieve it, the glass unfortunately shattered in her hand. We reached out to the seller to inquire about purchasing a replacement part or possibly another fireplace insert, and their customer service was absolutely top notch. They were extremely responsive, helpful, and understanding throughout the entire process. Even more impressive, they arranged and shipped a replacement fireplace almost immediately. We contacted them on Tuesday night, April 28, and the replacement fireplace was delivered to our Miami location by Friday, May 1. That level of service truly exceeded our expectations. We are incredibly appreciative of the support we received after the sale. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that stands behind its product and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. We would absolutely recommend this product, not only because it is beautifully made and complements our home so well, but also because of the outstanding customer service provided by the seller.
