Watch is beautiful--- and nice size, not too large for my barely 6" wrist. I decided to return bc I found a different watch that I liked even better on me. HOWEVER: BUYER BEWARE-- if you want to return this item, even though researching the return on Amazon.com before ordering showed that it can be returned to an Amazon store/HUB without a label--- this is NOT TRUE!! When I started the return process, I learned that the item can ONLY be returned by PRINTING a UPS label and going to a UPS store/ scheduled pickup. I cannot sit home all day for at least 2 business days for a UPS pick up. I also don't have a printer. You cannot get a UPS QR Return Code for this item for the UPS Store to print the UPS Label, attach it to the box and ship it. I have to drive to a printing store to pay to have a UPS label printed-- then drive to UPS drop off . What a time consuming nightmare when you have to drive 3 hrs to work every day nowhere near a UPS store. I was told by Amazon customer service in a foreign country that because it is a more expensive item, you must print a UPS label, and that QR codes are often too blurry for the UPS store to use. What? This is 2025-- UPS QR codes are routinely used by most other retailers not even as large as Amazon. Very disappointed in customer service -- all in a foreign country and didn't understand about UPS procedures. I will never order another higher priced item from Amazon again. Also- the return refund can take 30 days--- not instantly like when you return to an Amazon store/ Hub. Good luck if you order this watch , but end up wanting to return it. ... show more
