It's uncomfortable and sinks down wherever you lay and you can't get it to shape again. The worst part is that I want to return it but it's too big how would I ever get that back into a box.

HUGE cushion! Do NOT measure until it unfolds and opens all the way, which takes a few hours. It comes in a very heavy cubical box. Careful where you slice open, lots of bubble wrap etc but don't hit the cushion. Then it starts to breathe to open, take a video it's pretty funny. Word of advice, open it up in the room you will use it in because it is not light. I got the full size, measures perfect. Got a full size fitted sheet to cover, works well. When they say super thick they are absolutely not joking. I literally could not lift this by myself. For a moment I thought that they actually had sent the whole bed and not just the mattress, that's how heavy it is. It's very thick but also somehow comfortable. It's probably medium firmness if I had to say. It is also excellent excellent quality. I wasn't anticipating a lot for a futon mattress but I honestly would put this in my living room. For the time being it's in my kids room but it really looks nice. The only downside to the thickness is that sometimes when you fold it up it will slide. But I got some little barriers to put on the edge so that it didn't slide off. That solve that problem. And don't worry it didn't have any kind of odd smells when it arrived either.
