I've had his mattress for a few days, I was totally shocked how it came packaged & put in a box. The whole thing was almost shrink wrapped but with all the air taken out. Once it was out of the box all you had to do was put a hole in the wrapping & BAM, there was the mattress. It is very comfortable, id say medium firm with good support. It is a little bouncy when you turn over on it but that will be easy to get use to. I've never purchased anything to sleep on quite like this. I purchased a bed frame so it's supported like it should be. It does have coils on the underside which gives alot of support. The top side of the mattress has a white soft covering. Sleeping was a pleasure & some movement was felt when I would rolled over or changed positions. I fully give this 4 stars for being a little bouncy but I hope everyone who orders this feels the same way. The mattress is 8" thick & there is a small 1" pillow top under the white covering. Now I can have company & they have a place to sleep.

The mattress arrived well-packaged and in great condition, and the price for a queen size was very reasonable. However, I found that the springs are quite noisy, which can be disruptive, especially when moving around on the bed. Additionally, the mattress feels lumpy in certain areas, which affects the overall comfort. While the value for the price is decent, the loud springs and uneven surface make it less ideal for a restful night's sleep.
