I bought this tablet for three of my children. Each of them had this tablet for less than a month. The worse was when i bought it for my seven year old thinking that he will be fine because he's old enough to take care of it yet young enough to enjoy it. I purchased screen protectors for the tablet and put one onto the screen. Within 24 hours the screen was cracked one line from the top right corner down to the middle of the left side of the screen and just like that the touch screen sensor was damaged. The screen protector did nothing to shield it because although the screen had a mysterious crack, the protector itself looked brand new. Im highly dissatisfied with this product and intend to never purchase it again.

This tablet has a very nice interface for children. It's colorful and easy for them to figure out. The case is a nice added feature. It's very durable. I would have liked a handle on it, but it does have an eye hook thingy that you can add a strap to the tablet for your child to carry it. I need to note though, that the pre-installed apps only work while online. So, if you are driving in your car with your child, you either have to set up a hot spot on your phone for the tablet, or you have to download games that do not need internet. This was a little irritating to me. I do like that it can take up to 128 gb micro sd card. I formatted my 64 gb sd card in the tablet. I loaded some movies onto the sd card. When I opened up the "movies" tab on the Iwawa app, what I got was not anything that my grand daughter would be able to recognize. The movie names did not display. I emailed Iwawa and they got back to me pretty quickly (which was nice). But, they told me it was a hardware issue. Being involved in tech most of my life, I know what this means. It's a never ending cycle between the hardware people saying, it's a software issue and vice versa. So, being of short patience with that cycle, I just added another movie app. I really would have appreciated not having to do that. You can add & remove apps from the kids interface easily. Overall, I believe my grand daughter will love this.

The case fits well and is very durable. The tablet was very easy to set up for my daughter using the pre installed iwawa app. This is one of the best apps I have found for provided a good range of both fun and educational games for toddlers and elementary age kids. The parental controls are simple to navigate and set up. Multiple profiles can be made and password protected if necessary. Time limits can be set and the ability to freely download apps or use web browser can be removed, restricted or unrestricted. Max volume preference can aslo be set and parents can view stats on what apps are being used and how long. The tablet is running very well so far. It might be a little slower then other tablets but not by much. The battery life is great and it recharges quickly. My 10 year old loves this tablet and I love that it really is kid safe!
