THIS IS MY FOURTH HEAT PRESS IN A THREE WEEK PERIOD. THE FIRST THREE DID NOT WORK. THIS ONE WORKS SO WELL AND I AM SO FAR VERY PLEASED. WHAT A RELEIF TO HAVE A PRODUCT WORK. Have had this product a few months so far, and it has been great. I have not used all of the attachments yet, but so far it has been a great buy. It has been easy to use, works well, and was easy to set up.

I bought another heat press (CRAP) so I did a little more research. This one has a 'safety' connection and the wires are well insulated so they are not exposed (like the other heat press). The mug press makes a snug fit for making sublimation cups. Am VERY happy with the quality, workmanship and overall look of this heat press. After the disappointment with the 'other piece of crap heat press', I am VERY happy with the performance of this machine, so far. (Note - I have only used the mug/cup press so far but it is so much better than the other one I bought. Will come back after some time if this machine is disappointing.) As of now, I would recommend this heat press. Gave it 4 stars because there were no instructions in the box. I contacted the company and they sent a link for two 'educational' videos which seemed they were mostly for marketing - showing what the machine looked like and showing setting the time, etc. However, no real detailed instructions on "how to" set the temperature or times, etc.

I've had this machine for 2.5 years now. It's been falling apart since month 1. The cup attachment shorted first, eventually starting causing sparks and small fire. I thought it was just the attachment, but eventually the timer switch broke and now the whole top fell apart and burnt the wire in the process. Garbage. So disappointed.

I'm bought in November and just started using it and the mug press on worked yesterday it does not heat anymore only made 2 mugs so upset touch money for it to have gone out.
