I bought this for my mother-in-law who is just starting out in making cups and things and she absolutely loves it! It is simple to use and the directions were very easy to follow. I would highly recommend purchasing this Tumbler Heat Press!

I bought another heat press (CRAP) so I did a little more research. This one has a 'safety' connection and the wires are well insulated so they are not exposed (like the other heat press). The mug press makes a snug fit for making sublimation cups. Am VERY happy with the quality, workmanship and overall look of this heat press. After the disappointment with the 'other piece of crap heat press', I am VERY happy with the performance of this machine, so far. (Note - I have only used the mug/cup press so far but it is so much better than the other one I bought. Will come back after some time if this machine is disappointing.) As of now, I would recommend this heat press. Gave it 4 stars because there were no instructions in the box. I contacted the company and they sent a link for two 'educational' videos which seemed they were mostly for marketing - showing what the machine looked like and showing setting the time, etc. However, no real detailed instructions on "how to" set the temperature or times, etc. ... show more

I used this item maybe 25 times. I paid 272.14 for it. The electronics totally failed but because it is 2 years old Amazon will not replace or return it. The Brand name is DreamVan which sounds American but is not it's made in China. So you cannot order parts or even speak to the company. Buyer BEWARE. I am not impressed with Amazon's handling of this complaint, an exception should be made as the expectation when ordering a product this expensive and heavy duty is that it should last for more than 25 uses. ... show more
