The first machine sent only cooled one side. Past 30 days to return so contacted manufacture and Amazon. Amazon contacted seller who immediately sent a new one. And was told to keep the old one, so no hassle returning 60 pound machine. The new one works great. 5 plus stars to Seller and Amazon. Easy to clean and use product. I was able to repair first machine. Was missing an actuator clip on one side. I fabricated a new dog leg clip. Now I have 2 machines.

Nice machine for the price. Note: the capacity of slushy machines are rated as the capacity of the tank. Internal freezer machines reduce product volume by about a gallon per tank. So a 3 gallon tank holds a little over 2 gallons of liquid mix. When slushed you get about 4.5% overrun. This unit was packaged very well. No shipping damage, external or internal. The quality of the machine is just as good a as my Donper, for a third the price. It has an 800w R290 compressor. Freezing time: Tap water temperature mix, with a Brix of 13 in all three tanks, filled to max, from start to ready to serve in 1 hour 10min. Very impressed so far, time will tell how long it lasts.

Ordered this machine for a party, set up was super easy. Unfortunately, it didn't freeze when we went to use it for the first time, so that was a bummer! I contacted customer support and after a few back and forth emails they sent us a brand new machine, and it came like two days after they sent it, super fast! We put the new machine to the test and it works like a charm!! So excited to use it for our next party!
