This pet mat is AWESOME! I kept holding off on buying it because the price was a little more than what I wanted to spend, but I finally gave in. I had been using towels & blankets to help preserve my car seats, but they only wound up being bunched up or on the floor due to my dog. The material of the pet mat is thick, appears to be well made, has a nice 'cushion' to it, fits the back seat very nicely, and best of all does not slide. It hangs over in the front a little bit but it's actually made so it can also fit inside a back seat extender. The length is nice as well, fits my Jeep Grand Cherokee perfectly. I liked it so much that I bought a second one for my other car (Jeep Compass). Since the back seat in my Compass is a little smaller, the mat has a bit more 'hangover', but still fits well. My dog had no problem adjusting to it (there's really nothing to adjust to, but he can be a little 'sensitive' to something new). When the time comes, I can just throw it in the wash. I'm considering buying another one or 2 for the couches because I like the look & feel of it, plus the 'no slide' aspect. If Amazon ever has a flash deal or a decent discount I will definitely take advantage of it. Very nice product. My puppy loves it. I use it in the truck’s back seat when the puppy goes with us. He gets car sick every now and then and all I need to do is put the bedding in the washing machine and dryer and it comes out looking like new again. It has a non slip backing to help keep it in place, but it still moves around a bit when he gets moving around too. But I would still recommend it. ... show more

Great Pyrenees/German Shepherd mix here. 125lbs. Rolled on it upside down 30 mins after I pulled it out of the box. Great for traction and comfort in the car. Non slip on the bottom. Keeps the seat cover clean. Very durable. Tumble dry on low and it will stay soft. My dog wags his tail when he sees me bring it inside to wash it. I’d give this more stars if I could. This is a great pet bed for our truck! My big 'ol pups love a good, soft surface to lay on. This mat is so soft and comfy I'd nap on it myself! We've got a pet hammock we put across the back seat that is a little slippery. We used to put a small blanket down, but it would still get jumbled up. This mat, with the grip on the bottom, stays in place. Happy to have something that provides a cute, soft place for them to curl up on a long drive.
