The media could not be loaded. I have had this built since October 2025 and it's now February 2026. All the wood inside has black mold and a lot of the upper beams started splitting down the center. I have ventilation in there and open the greenhouse every single day. I reached out to the seller only a couple of months of owning it and they offered a $30 refund, then $60, then $80, and the final offer $120. I reached out to Amazon to file a claim and they requested a full refund from the seller for the defective item (their words). It was not easy to assemble. Some pieces came broke and we had to repair them before using. If you have $900 to throw away I may recommend this. Update 2-13-26 Don't rely on Amazon's A-to-Z guarantee either. I thought I was safe ordering because I was protected by that. Nope. I filed a claim and it was denied right away. Stating that I received the item I ordered. I didn't though. I ordered an outdoor greenhouse kit and received wood that isn't suitable for outdoor use.
