  • Actually feels good
Style: Single Reflexology
I was skeptical. But it’s not expensive, and I get a bit of plantar faceitis and some neuropathy, so I thought I could give it a try. I’m not sure if it’s doing that much, but it does make my feet warmer (as in better circulation), and is easy to use while sitting, watching tv or scrolling on the internet. The rollers feel smoother and more comfortable as you use them. ... show more

  • Foot roller is amazing
Style: Single Reflexology
This has saved my feet....and my life! Even if you're not interested in reflexology, this alone helps arthritic feet and get the blood flowing. When my feet are hurting after walking or going to the grocery store I roll them for a couple of minutes and I'm ready to go again.

  • Simple, effective relief for aching feet
Style: Single Reflexology
I’ve been using the TheraFlow Foot Roller for a few weeks now, and it has become a staple in my daily routine. After long hours on my feet, this compact wooden roller provides immediate relief, especially targeting the arches and heels. Its manual operation allows me to control the pressure, making it versatile for both gentle massages and deeper pressure when needed. The build quality is impressive—sturdy wood construction that feels durable and well-made. The non-slip grips on the bottom keep it stable on various floor surfaces, which is a nice touch. One minor drawback is that the rollers can squeak during use, which can be a bit distracting. Additionally, while the design is effective, it doesn't offer the advanced features of electric massagers, such as heat or vibration. Overall, for its price point and effectiveness in providing foot pain relief, especially for plantar fasciitis, the TheraFlow Foot Roller is a great investment. It's a straightforward, no-frills solution that delivers results. ... show more

  • Great Massager!
Style: Single Reflexology
I love thins foot massager. It stays under my desk. I work from home and am at my desk for long periods of time. It is wonderful to have the massager there to rest my feet on. It's small enough to fit without interfering with any space. The wooden rollers are strong, and they roll easily. It's easy to use; You just set it down and move your feet over the rollers. It's a great invention! Who knew something could be so good without having to plug it in! ... show more

  • Good Value
Style: Single Reflexology
It works well for me. Easier to use than rolling a ball under your foot, and more even coverage. The massage rollers are nice. It doesn't slide around while using. I think it is worth it.

  • This really helps soothe painful feet!
Style: Dual Reflexology
I bought this item in conjunction with the Theraflow Dual Foot Roller (the single roller for each foot) in an attempt to relieve the extreme foot pain I was experiencing from my new job. My new workplace has old wooden floors and I walk the entire time I'm there. Even with proper cushioned footwear, my feet would hurt while I worked and after I came home. Then it progressed to where I could barely walk each morning when I got out of bed. I would literally hobble every morning for the first ten minutes or so until the pain subsided. My feet started to ache constantly throughout the week, even on my days off, and I found myself unconsciously repeating the phrase, "Oh, my feet hurt". I've tried Epsom salt soaks many times and it helped a bit, but not much longer than after the soak was over. Rubbing them didn't do much either. I decided to look for a solution by purchasing a foot massager. I remembered the incredibly expensive foot massagers I've seen at places in the mall. I didn't WANT to spend that much, but my feet were killing me, so I figured the expense would be worth it. I read the reviews first, and found that so many people said they all broke within a few months, or that it hurt too much to use, or that it developed a squeak after about a month, which made it annoying to use, and that their customer service wasn't helpful in regards to fixing the problems. I couldn't see spending that much knowing that many problems could arise and essentially have a $300+ piece of junk on my hands (or rather my feet). I continued searching Amazon for a different solution, and I saw this little wooden roller set by Theraflow. Honestly, it looked like something my grandparents would own. I didn't figure it could really do much for me, but I read the reviews. Most of them were positively glowing! Several people described having the same foot pain I was experiencing and said this was definitely giving them some relief. It's not very expensive, so I thought I'd try this as a first attempt and move on to something else if it didn't work. As I said in the beginning, I also bought the single roller along with the XL Dual Foot Massager, because reviews said the single roller helped to get into the arch of your foot better and I was experiencing a lot of pain in the arches as well. It was delivered within two days which I thought was extremely prompt. It came well packaged, nothing was damaged, and I used it immediately. The nubby parts on the back sort of hurt at first as my feet were quite sore from the start. But after using both items, my feet felt less constricted and less sore. I was able to walk with less pain. Now it's been about three weeks since these massagers arrived, and I've purposely waited in giving a review to see how they help. I can tell you that I use them every day at least twice a day. I've created a routine of waking up and rolling my feet on both items within a few minutes of getting out of bed for maybe 2-3 minutes. I then get up and get ready for the day. I come home at night and use them for 5-10 minutes in the evening while watching television. Every week I've seen improvement, and by this third week, my feet barely even hurt while at work. I'm no longer hobbling out of bed every morning!! Many of my co-workers are complaining about their feet and their backs, and mine no longer bother me. I can still feel a little soreness, but I wouldn't classify it as painful at all. As of last week, I've recommended these products to at least two of my co-workers who are the most vocal about their foot pain. By the way, those little nubby parts on the rollers are the best part now that the pain has subsided! The XL size is definitely the way to go. The extra row of "nubs" feels really nice, and don't let the XL title confuse you into thinking it's just for the largest of feet. I believe it will work for any size feet, it just gives you extra surface area and an extra nubby roller. I am soooooo happy I accidentally stumbled onto this product while searching for those way more expensive mechanical massagers. It has saved me a bundle, I don't have some gigantic boot-like contraption sitting in my living room, and I honestly believe these rollers are more therapeutic for my needs than the mechanical shiatsu devices. You should definitely give this item a try before pursuing more expensive options. You may just find it's the only solution you need. ... show more
