Okay I'm making this review to help others out who are trying to heal scar tissue. I bought this during Prime Deal days in hopes to help break up scar tissue on my son's face. He's 9 and was bitten in the face by a Great Dane (please no hatefulness, my Blink camera caught everything so I know 100% my son did nothing even accidentally to be attacked) it's been a little over 40 days since his accident/surgery. He had an amazing plastic surgeon and he is also going through Physical Therapy. We are doing infrared light therapy at home and as soon as this device gets in we'll be started microcurrent therapy.     • Conductivity impossible within 2 months of use.
This is a very hefty price for 2 months of use. I am no longer able to get conductivity, despite a full charge and conductivity gel in every possible thickness. After sending a message to the seller, I received a generic response about getting results with regular use. I can't regularly use something that isn't functioning. I did a live chat on the 7E Wellness website and was told I would receive an email form to fill out and, at some point, there would be an exchange. I have yet to even see the email, however, so will probably have to continue corresponding with Amazon until some action is taken. I'm not going to be ripped off to the tune of $300, plus another $25 or so for the gloves and lead attachments. Update: Amazon is sending a replacement, as the seller sent a generic response and the website rep failed to send the exchange form (via email) that I had agreed to fill out per online chat. I appreciate Amazon stepping in with the service that some sellers fail to provide - especially with higher priced items. This was very much of a splurge ... show more

I purchased this directly from Myolift in December 2014. Prior to purchase I paid $100 a month to have microcurrent done by an aesthetician. I could definitely see results when she was finished but those results do not last an entire month and I couldn't afford to go every week or every other week. I saw her for about 2 years before I began searching for something that I could use at home. My first purchase was a NuFace and that was a big disappointment. It felt like it was just shocks to your face with not results so I sent it right back. I spent enough time at the facial spa to know what results to expect and how it should feel. My research continued, searching Google, etc. until one day on YouTube I saw an aesthetician give a demo of the Myolift. It had wands like my aesthetician used and she, as an aesthetician, gave it a good review so I decided to give it a try. This machine works! I use it once a week, or at least every other week and see firmness on the jawline and cheekbones (love those high cheekbones). I am about to get my 2nd set of wands for it because they do wear out, just like the ones that the spas use. I highly recommend this product. I am 54 years old and this really helps to keep things in check. I wish they would branch out and offer LED at home devices to help even out skin tone. I would buy! ... show more

What’s there no to like. Myolift has been scientifically proven to work. I am already seeing some improvements by initially using it on alternate days. I want to try it with gloves but I have heard they are too small for men. I bought the Myolift because it was recommended by Penny Smith Skincare the Master Esthetician in the USA on YouTube. Dr. Perricone also recommends micro current as being very effective. So it’s a Win/Win ... show more

I purchased directly from the manufacturer. I am pleased with the subtle results. As others have stated, you cannot expect miracles or sudden changes. I'm not sure how I feel about the "dog bone" style approach with the wands, but for the price, it does a good job. Instead of the seaweed gel that comes with it, I use aloe vera gel which stays moist longer and is always good for the skin. I am maintaining rather than "fixing" so it works for me. When it comes to slowing down the hands of time, this type of product is worth a try. I use this in conjunction with the NORLANYA Mini Portable Anti-aging Dot Matrix Skin Care RF Thermage Fractional RF Device. So the Myolift for the inside (muscles) and the Norlanya for the outside (skin). Makes a great combo! I've been using the combo for several months now. Personally, I use both about 1x per week. I use the myolift for 40 mins, 20 mins each side of my face at the highest setting (400). Then on another day, I use the RF device for about 40 minutes all over my face. I don't over-due the effort. Muscles and skin need a rest and I feel I get the maximum results when I don't try all the devices everyday. Food for thought. I've included a close-up, I hate pictures, but sometimes it can help. I am just shy of age 50, have had 4 kids, eat relatively well and work out at the gym on the regular. No this pic was not taken 20 years ago - taken a few weeks ago, so it's current. I don't wear a lot of makeup, moisturize and exfoliate regularly. I don't believe that any ONE thing will do the trick, it takes work... I gave it 4 out of 5 stars because I feel that the appearance of the wands are lacking in quality -- in terms of design and color. The yellowish color of the plastic makes the unit look old and outdated. **** Jan 2017 update w/photo.*** The pinkish/darker closeup image was taken on New Years Eve 2017. The other is a pic with my 25 year old daughter. I will be 50 this year, in a couple months(March 2017). I still use my tools but have switched to a different micro-current tool, it's easier to use and does a great job! Youtube search for Christine Byer, she's a fantastic microcurrent guru! On her recommendation, I've started using the Clareblend mini. What an effective tool! Requires less physical labor to use - yay! There are very few sites to buy from, but you can buy directly from sites specializing in supplies for estheticians for about $300. Good luck and thanks for reading! Microcurrent update: The company for Myolift contacted me after reading my review, said they plan to make a single wand unit - may take about six months, but they'd like to send it to me for review when it's available! I'm anxiously awaiting. In the meantime, my Clareblend mini has become less effective, not sure why, and I'm soooo glad I did not get rid of my Myolift unit. While I don't like using the two wands, it has proven to be the most effective microcurrent option and I'm back to using it. I can definitely feel the difference between the two and honestly, see the negative difference after not using the myolift for several months. Besides the Clareblend mini not being as effective, it's too noisy. It beeps pretty loudly to prompt you and that has made it difficult for me to use it at night watching tv or in bed.
