My 8 pound cat loves it! I store my weights on the bottom for extra stability, but it feels very sturdy regardless. There should definitely be enough room for multiple cats to use at once as well. This may not be suitable for extra large cats, as some parts will be too small, or they may not have enough room to climb to the top, but regardless it should be good for most cats! My cat sleeps on this for hours everyday and frequently uses the scratching posts and its held up great. she also jumps on and off of it often as well. My 5 cats ranging from 7 or 8 pounds to 15 pounds love this cat tree! I got the green one and its true to color, its big as I thought it would be. My boyfriend and I put it together even though I was planning to do it myself but it was easy to put together. Have had it for a month and it's working well, I think my boyfriend has it nailed to the wall incase one of my big cats decides to do a long jump off of it or they all are running and playing and jump up on it. The scratch yarn is still on it, my youngest and oldest cats are the only ones that actually sleep on it. I thought for sure my gray tortie would love the round hammock but she prefers the rectangle hammock. None of my cats actually use the round hammock. The little house near the top they like more than the bottom one. The little scratch ramp they on walk on. If I had more room in my house I would get another one of these ... show more

Tree is as pictured, all parts were included and was simple to put together, following simple directions. We have 1 4 year old kitty. He weighs approximately 12 pounds, fits perfectly in the little house and his favorite spot seems to be the very top level which is cozy and cushioned. We haven’t attached it to the wall. It is sturdy and stable even when he jumps on and off it. I’ve not noticed any shedding or wearing of the fabric either. I haven’t had to wash the cover yet though, as this must be the cleanest cat ever. I recommend this product and would purchase again. Great value. ... show more

It took about 1.5 hours to put together by myself. She loves the soft material. Strong parts. It takes PATIENCE. Putting the screws through fabric in a hole you can't see is a bit frustrating. It is not square ⬜ and it matters what pole is in what corner for the grand design. It is almost 6 foot tall I plan to secure it to the wall even though it seems very sturdy. It has good instructions but stick to the PICTURE. The ramp will need to be bent to fit. The top house took some finagling to get the last screw in. If you have a young fully clawed rough housing cat I don't recommend it due to the soft sweatshirt like material. It is purrrrfect for my old lady cat. ... show more

The cats love it! They couldn't wait to use it. Easy to put together. Carpet part on them feels kinda cheap but it's sturdy and we will see how long it will take for them to cause some significant wear and tear.

our kitty started playing with this straight out the box, because the textures are inviting for cars. Before it was even put together, as I built each platform, she was jumping & climbing on it. now that it’s assembled it is her favorite place to chill, and she selects the hammock the most so far. I can see that it was one of the best purchases I have made for her. She’s so happy in her cattree, can watch the birds from up top, always now something to climb on and there’s even two cat caves, one with a porch and window. There’s also a scratch pad that also acts as a ramp. This is the cutest thing ever and very sturdy and easy to put together. The directions were very detailed and accurate language. I highly recommend this for your kitty or multiple kitties. There is a harness on the back to attach this to the wall, so it doesn’t get knocked over. One cat you probably won’t need it but multiple cats, you might want to use that harness and make it extra safe by attaching it to the wall. A very nice detail. And the best part about it is that my cat loves it so much. Love to see her so happy climbing up and down through the obstacles. I like to hide treats hidden in the corners, in the corners for her to find and keep her curious. A+++ ... show more
