This product came in 2 boxes. The fireplace came damage. I contacted Amazon who sent a request to the vendor to send me a new one. The vendor contacted me right away and make sure for me not to worry and that a new one will be sent out. Within a couple of days I receive the replacement. And the vendor wants to make sure that the new one is damage free. After we put it together. I am so happy how it turn out. The LED light looks so makes it more elegant look. All in all very happy and satisfied with the purchase.
