Solidly built, and arrived safely. Beautiful addition to our backyard gazebo. I would suggest buying 2 more bags of fire glass if you want to disguise/bury the silver gas line to give it a cleaner, leveled look. This is a gorgeous unit and so far well worth the money. Had a little confusion from Amazon on shipping but the vendor was great to work with and cleared it up right away. Delivered on time and with no damage. Not for the lightweights to try and move however. Get a few people because it’s a unit. Handholds on each end make it somewhat easier but the finished weight is still about 200lbs. The only drawback is I didn’t realize that it will take a beating in the Chicago winters so it’s recommended to move inside. That’s not going to be fun but it is what it is. ... show more

The Fire Pit is beautiful and blends in nicely with our patio/courtyard. The fire pit arrived slightly damaged, which was due to Roadrunner delivery and no fault of the company. The customer service was very prompt and professional and they insured my satisfaction and for this reason I am giving them a 5 star rating. There are times when a company does everything right and it is the third party, in this case, Road Runner delivery that should receive a 1 star. Love, love, love the fire feature!! The first one arrived damaged and I was so disappointed because it looked amazing! Not too much trouble to return. Then the second arrived intact and looks amazing...lots of compliments from friends and family! Definitely would recommend. Easy operation, propane tank tucks away underneath. Glass and cover are great! We put a piece of triangle shaped cardboard under the cover and across the glass so if it rains the water runs off and doesn't puddle in the middle. ... show more

It's truly a beautiful table. It did come with a tiny scratch on top and can see the white underneath it. I live in Georgia so it doesn't get too cold here so I am hoping I don't have to bring it inside in the winter. Works great so far. Puts off a decent amount of heat when it is on full blast.
