This is a really nice fireplace. It comes in two boxes. I got the firebox in just a few days but shipping was taking forever. Fedex couldn’t seem to find it. When I contacted the company, they immediately sent a new mantelpiece/case. The assembly has a lot of pieces. Lay out your parts in order and it will be a smooth process. The only complaint I have is the color of the “fire”. It’s too red and looks really phony. The “ stonework” is better than I expected and isn’t just a cheap piece of chipboard with a photo. It is actually about 1/8 inch plywood with a laminate. I can’t wait until Christmas to hang all of our stockings.

The fireplace shipped quickly and arrived earlier than expected, considering we had a freeze. It is stunning and puts out a decent amount of heat. The fireplace and mantel came in three separate packages, all packed incredibly well. There was damage to two of the boxes from delivery, but everything inside was protected and didn't suffer any damage. I reached out to the seller with a question before the packages arrived to our home and they responded quickly and thoroughly, which was also impressive and appreciated. Excellent seller. Excellent product.

The media could not be loaded. This product is outstanding. It came in 2 different shipments. I first received the heater insert, two or three days later I got the rest. I started on it immediately and finished it myself within a few hours. The instructions are clear and simple, and it was packaged really secure. It did have a couple of nicks or scratches on the top, but that was a easy fix. It's as sturdy as they come, it's a timeless gorgeous price of furniture. The flame effect has 3 different modes and looks very realistic. The remote control works it all, power, flame and heat. The size is perfect, all thought I would had preferred it to be a few inches taller. Long story short, I am very pleased and over joyed with my purchase.

The 80-inch fireplace is amazing and fit exactly as described. The color and faux brick look great and are not just a sticker, which was a pleasant surprise. The unit feels very sturdy. It was easy to assemble, but you definitely need two people. I love the shelving space on the sides for decor—it really completes the look. We did have to buy adjustable legs because our floor is slightly uneven, so keep that in mind. I do wish there were more options for the flame design and lighting. It also doesn’t give off as much heat as my old fireplace, even though this one has a larger insert.

Multiple anchors in the board had damaged threads. The bolt went half way in and then tightened before securing the brackets. If you continue tightening it just ended up turning the anchor which started shredding the wood it was in and then both the anchor and the bolt ended up falling out. Very poor quality and unsafe.

Looks better in person than pictures, I need a fireplace until we can get a build in one and this one looks pretty great! It did take about 3 hrs to assemble, but was super easy with the detailed instructions! I wish the flame wasn't so red and the logs look more realistic, but overall it's great.
