Large mat, has a good "spring" to it, which is nice when switching exercises on your knees. Easy to clean closed cell mat. Does show shoe scuffs and thanks to an accidental turn on of a vacuum, it got easily damaged. For workouts it seems reliable and tough enough for what most people do at home.

Bought this for my workout room and I’m extremely pleased! It’s large and gives some cushion to my workouts. Very easy to keep clean and very non-slip while doing my hiit/plyo workouts.
