First of all this product is excellent! The price is very reasonable for the great picture you get and camera lighting (IR, white light). I believe the picture is much better than the aqua view micro and again cheaper in price. The colors look vibrant and the brightness is very easy to adjust on the fly. Nice foldable cover to use on sunny days. Comes in a nice storage pack to keep it in when not in use. Now for the customer service. I had been using the camera for a couple weeks ice fishing when I had an unfortunate mishap where the screen display part fell into an ice hole and was underwater for a few seconds. Unfortunately this incident damaged the unit to where it wouldn’t come on anymore. I got in touch with customer service via email and told them the situation knowing that it was totally my fault and was wondering if I could have it fixed, repaired or replaced. They responded very quickly and were sorry to hear the situation and were more than happy to help assist me in coming up with a solution. They sent a new unit promptly without charge. The battery capacity is great. The picture is good. The one thing I would change is the camera holder it's self. There is no need that I can see for looking up at the ice. I would rather look down at a 45* angle or at slightly less than parallel with the bottom. I can adapt that with rubber bands or tie wraps and have made it adjustable. If they made a camera without the record feature, that is the one I would buy. I use the camera to see the fish, not to share with others. That would probably bring the price down. I do wish the camera had a wider field of view. But it is what it is. ... show more

    • Not water proof!
The media could not be loaded. I love everything for the most part about this camera! I just spent 4 days ice fishing with it in Michigan! Its light weight comes with a nice case! It’s ease of use! Has great battery runtime and the picture quality is great in my opinion for a 7 inch camera. However, water clarity on any body of water makes a difference! The only knock I have on this camera and on the smaller 4 inch version is that these units are not waterproof so buyer beware about fishing in the rain, or dropping it into slushy water on top of ice out ice fishing it will damage the camera if it gets a soaking water ! I wish there was a rubber seal cover for the charging port. It does come with a quarter inch thread on the back of the unit for mounting on a tripod which I have done. But for $180 price point I highly recommend this camera! just be careful when you’re out in the elements. One other reason I’m buying from Moocor is their customer service stands behind what they sell. I hope my take makes your decision easier. ... show more

I bought this camera for ice fishing and it lets you see weeds , fish and bottom very clearly. When I got it the screen was showing things upside down, so I emailed their customer service and received a response in a couple of hours. Doris was the person that I talked to and she helped me correct the problem very easily. She also checked back with me to see if I had any other issues. I can't say enough about how helpful she was. Last summer I bought a camera very similar to this one and I had issues,but their customer service was terrible. I emailed them multiple times, but never got a response. I sent that one back . If you're thinking of getting an underwater camera, I highly recommend this one and it's under $200. ... show more

I received my underwater camera on Sunday afternoon. I noticed the menu on the screen was upside-down and backwards. I sent an email to your customer service and had a response and video to correct the issue by 12:00 am Monday morning. This was better than expected service.     • USB-C charging port is not compatible with most USB-C charger
One of the reasons that I selected this device is its USB-C charging port. I expect to charge it using any of my USB-C power source. Unfortunately, it only works with low-voltage sources. For example, if you have a USB-C charger for a computer or iPad, it cannot be used to charge this device. If you just want to use the charger came with the device, you would be fine. If you may use any USB-C charge to charge it, it may not work. ... show more
