I like everything that came in here. It was everything I needed to make my 1st loaf of bread. Both of the silicone mats are very flimsy and cheap feeling.

These tools have made my sourdough journey easier & a bit more fun. Are they absolutely necessary? Probably not, but why not use the correct tools, or tools that make the job easier? The dutch whisk, the silicone sling, the lame, with extra blades & a bowl scraper are all useful in sourdough making. The flat silicone sheet can be used for anything at all. Very handy assortment.

This is a perfect starter set for bread making. I was worried initially, being new to sourdough and not wanting to spend a ton of money starting out, but this kit has so many great items and it seems as though it’ll last me a while. For the price, it was definitely worth it.
