Description

Small Diameter Glass Bead Blast Media, 7, 60-80 Mesh Grit, 250-177 Micron Size. 3.6 kg | 8 lbs. Recommended for applications where you want to remove debris without damaging the item's surface. Glass beads are designed to peen surfaces at low pressure. Glass bead media works well on soft metals like aluminum and brass as well as plastic. Glass beads at low pressure will remove substances from surfaces without changing surface dimensions. Works with a blasting gun or in a blast cabinet.

I’m sure these work great for their designed purpose but if you’re looking to use this sand blasted glass for any purpose besides blasting (duh) then you’re looking at the wrong product. I opened this product up in my living room and swear I inhaled some glass dust?! I’m an idiot and let my mistakes be to your advantage. ... show more

I used this product heavily to media blast old crusty automotive parts. No complaints so far. You get plenty of uses before having to drain the media out of the blasting cabinet, and the media is super easy to sift before reuse.
