Had a nice Sony carplay head unit, but it didn't have wireless carplay so I got a adapter which worked ok most of the time but wasn't great. Decided for the price of this unit I'd take a chance. Install in my 2002 4runner was super easy unit works well with wireless carplay. Since my 4runner is older really wanted a volume knob and forward and reverse play buttons. So far everything seems great I'll update if I experience issue after time. Customer service was great getting an update to the boot screen, only wish that it was possible to update the boot screen and wallpaper without having to email support. If this one doesn't have any issues I may end up getting another one for my Tacoma since it is also using a wireless carplay dongle

The Car Stereo works very good, I would recommend it to anyone. The response to screen selections can at times be a bit slow, but I believe that happens because to many selections are being made to quickly an overwhelm the processor. I purchased the electrical harness type for my car (Toyota) as an accessory, and it made the wiring and installation all to easy. UPDATE: I have been using the Stereo for over two weeks, and I am still very pleased with it. I use WAZE navigation app and it works pretty good on the stereo. I do find though that using 'Google' voice control does not always work consistently, especially when changing from one function to another, which causes me to have to revert to the 'Touch Screen' for operation. I am happy with this purchase. Make sure you purchase the harness required for your vehicle, it makes installation a breeze.

All together its pretty good for its price. Have only had it installed for a day so far, but its not bad. If you dont want it to restrict you from using apps during driving, just dont ground the brown wire. The install is easy. You have to find your own aftermarket harness . I went with schoche. The interface module they recommend in the booklet is anywhere from $115-350. Schoche module came with the aftermarket harness and was like 60ish. But the Pac one they recommended is even what audio stores use. Probably better then schoche one. As for assembly, just match the color to color for the wires. You'll need butt splices or whatever your preference is. Check out your cars factory color code. As for the steering wheel controls, (says in book as well), you have to go into the wheel feature and hold down the button on your wheel and press the same one on the radio at the same time, hit enter, then GO BACK to setup, wheel, and do it all over again for EACH wheel button. Dont be like me, and ACTUALLY read the booklet. Its pretty helpful, but still do more research on YouTube or Google. The unit itself is a little slow upon power up, but if you can wait like 10 seconds, then its fine. You'll need to pop off the faceplate to attach a new install kit. Batteries for the remote. All together 5/5 but only put 4 because of the slow start up.

This head unit was priced awesome, and delivered just as much! Sound system is fantastic and has plenty of power to feed the upgraded speakers I put into my Mustang. Backup camera works great and the wireless CarPlay is quick. Very satisfied with this purchase!

This radio is very impressive for the money. Display is bright and clear. Touchscreen works very smooth and sound rocks! I found the install to be very easy with clear instructions. Feature rich! Backup camera was included and has excellent picture. Backup lines can be turned on or off and are adjustable. I didn't use steering wheel controls and such but they exist as well. Just a great quality unit overall. Customer service helped me update the start up screen with my own logo! This thing is great!

I installed this radio about a week ago, so far, I love it. Customer service emailed me an updated firmware file, and a logo. Installing them was easy, nothing too complicated. The Bluetooth connects fast and works great with my S23 phone. I have music on an SD card, this radio shows the album artwork and track information, my last radio did not do that! Sound is great, touchscreen is great, the radio is shallow, so easy to install even with several connections behind it. Mine came with a back-up camera, I already had one, so I installed it in my grill, it works great when trying to park close to a car in front of you.
