The media could not be loaded. I purchased this tree after the 2023 season so I just opened the box. When I first opened I thought it was scrawny, but was able do do a lot of fluffing. Some branches broke off during that process and I noticed some branches were missing the needles leaving bare wires. The tree is great. My dislike is that it’s about 2-3 inches shorter. I had ordered one earlier and realized I needed 2. When I tried to reorder it was out of stock. They had a replacement for the same price. However this one is 2-3 inches shorter
