This twin mattress checks all the boxes: long (it is probably the size of twin xl, longer than my ikea twin) , firm but comfortable, portable, and great price. It arrived in a vacuumed package, expanded 90% within day 1, and fully expanded in about 2-3 days. The firmness and thickness is perfect (3 inches), just enough to be comfortable, while also easy to roll up and store/move. I have had this mattress for three nights. Very happy with the quality of sleep I have. Recently had a baby and not the best sleep. This mattress I am able to fall asleep quicker and get quality sleep even with a newborn. Firm mattress but supportive. I don’t have the soreness I normally have with other mattresses. It’s light and easy to move and fold. Definitely worth your money if you’re looking for something new or camping. Only thing people might dislike is letting it fill out for the recommend 48 hours.

This product is of excellent quality. My son wanted to try it out to make more space in his room. It's easily foldable and he stores it during the day. He says it sleeps comfortably; he is 20 years old. I was surprised by the thickness and comfort of it.

We are glad we reordered this because USPS delivery messed up the first delivery. They said they left it in our mailbox (which was impossible, our mailbox wouldnot even fit a shoebox). It is nice and firm but soft enough put on the floor. It did take 2 or 3 days to feel fully expanded. I waited because each day the foam seem to expand a little more.

I sleep on a Japanese sleeping mat every day as I find most beds uncomfortable. This is an excellent mat. It’s very comfortable, lightweight, and easy to fold. My only wish is if it had something attached to close it once it was folded. I use a bungee cord to keep it closed, which works fine. Excellent quality for the price.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: My son absolutely LOVES this mattress. He has autism so finding a comfortable SAFE bed is so important. It is extremely well made, durable, light and I was thrilled with the price. Comfort: So comfortable! I would have one if I didn't have a bad back. I am Japanese and grew up sleeping on futons. From my perspective this product is not a “Japanese” futon. It is thin and firm. It also came ripped. I am not even surprised that it was ripped because you can see that they forcibly bend the futon in half and roll it up to fit it in a tiny box. There is no respect towards the product they make. When I first relocated to the US, I bought two futons from FULI. They are still different from what I used in Japan but so far the closest product to a “Japanese futon” in my opinion.
