The media could not be loaded. Purchased this for my mom after her back surgery. Product is as described but it was super difficult removing it from the black case it comes with. It’s takes about 20 mins for the foam to completely fluff out. Other than that it does the job! Only gave 4 stars bc of the packaging issues…. ... show more
