The cart is really heavy duty amd easy to assemble. I've assembled a cart like this and this was much easier. It probably took me 30 minutes. This cart should only require the use of a plier to bend the pin that secures the tires. However, one of the hinges for the back panel was damaged (not wide enough to insert pin). To make this work, inused a needle nose plier in an attempt to widen the hole. Eventually, inused a mallet to hammer in the pin through the hinges. This means that I would not be able to easily remove or reattach this panel. Additionally, the handle grip is also permanently indented, presumably from the weight of the other items. Overall, the cart feels light and easy to maneuver. I was able to throw 5 bags of mulch on it and pull it across my bumpy clay yard. If the sides were higher, I could probably fit more bags. I am also more excited about the flat free tires, but we shall see... I do wish someone would come up with some sort of a brake system or mechanism to stop the cart from rolling down my driveway or any slanted surface. ... show more

    • Steel Garden Cart with No Flat Tires
This garden cart makes life so much easier. It took less than an hour to build and so far it's doing great. Love the "no flat tires", my old garden cart had to have tires inflated every couple uses. It's built well, it's taken a beating so far and still looks great. Would recommend.

This is a review for: Garden Wagon Flat Free, 4 Cu.Ft 400 Lbs Garden Cart with Removable Mesh Steel Sides, Heavy Duty Utility Garden Carts and Wagons Flatbed, Black This cart was easy to assemble. I only needed a pair of pliers and about a half an hour. The instructions are clear and all the hardware is clearly labeled. Both of the side pieces of the cart were a little bent when I opened the box, but it didn't affect my ability to put it together. I'm concerned that the bent bits will not be as rust resistant as it's supposed to be, but for the moment everything works fine. I love the no-flat tires (this already beats my old wheelbarrow). I think the 100 dollar price point my be a little high. I'll be gardening in a few weeks and I'll really be able to test this out. I'll update with any issues. ... show more

It's a plus to have plastic no fill tires that won't go flat. I also like the heavy-duty frame and powder coat paint to protect against rust. (My last cart rusted out). I don't like that there are no brakes on this cart. If I'm pulling something heavy on a hill, I want the option to lock the wheels. It's an inexpensive cart, so the wheels are held on by cotter pins. I wouldn't suggest using this cart if you want to pull it with an ATV. The manual also states not to exceed 5mph. For my needs of carrying heavy watermelons and odd jobs... it will work just fine. You'll need the following wrenches to assemble this cart: 14mm, 17mm, 22mm and 24mm. ... show more

    • Strong and easy to maneuver
very useful wagon. Came in handy when we had to move a lot of construction debris and backyard debris from recent storm. Using the wagon flat gives us extra surface. Very sturdy overall except the wired sidings. Especially appreciate how easy it is to maneuver the wagon with the rotating handle. Splendid! Wish it’s easier to stowaway folded ... show more

This is a great wagon made of sturdy heavy metal. Nice quality wagon. Requires you to have the proper tools to put this together - does not come with its own wrenches. Heavy item requires a couple of people to lift it. Very durable.
