This tree is really fun & beautiful and would be a flawless purchase, if not for the tube at the top not having a tapered end as shown in the directions. The top ring that holds all the lights will not fit securely so you have to rig it up best as you can but the star will always be crooked & the lights also ever so slightly off kilter, due to this poor design. I want to buy another but it’s not worth the $100+ to buy something that is not correctly made. It’s a real shame honestly because it’s so pretty, easy to use & storing will be a breeze! Fix the one tube to be tapered on both ends & this is a no brainer buy, for sure!!! ... show more

We received the tree within a week of purchase as expected. It took five minutes to put together. It is not stable enough to keep in a heavy traffic area any bumps to the table or tree and it will shake. It is not greatly stable. We ended up putting it in a corner where it has done well. The lights are nice and brightly colored. You can select several patterns. The star stays white and stays on unless unplugged which is weird. But over all it is fun. I mostly adore this product! So much so, I ordered and gifted a couple more. But multiple parts are really cheaply made. The metal frame is of such poor metal quality and design that the tiny piece connecting the tree to the inner pole broke when we tried to set it up. The stand is of extremely cheap molded plastic. It didn’t fit well together, and it certainly isn’t hefty enough to hold up a tree against any wind. The kit comes with two stakes that can help, but only if you are placing it on penetrable ground (ours was supposed to go on our deck). Also, the remote control stopped working and the app doesn’t seem to work for the majority of the modes. I asked for a replacement, which I got immediately, but the UPS label I was sent hasn’t been accepted by UPS, and I don’t think it’s worth the cost of me mailing it back. All that said, it was a really fun addition to our decorations, once I jury-rigged a better stand and way to connect the tree to it. But I didn’t get to take it anywhere because of my jenky repairs. ... show more
