Pros: Easy to assemble. I did it myself, but I’d recommend having a second person help you to put the top half of the cabinet onto the base. I didn’t run into any issues with holes being misaligned like I had read in some reviews. Size is perfect for my office/game room and fits a lot of stuff that I wanted in closed storage. Accordion doors move a lot more easily and fluidly than I expected It’s price is comparable to a lot of other furniture that doesn’t look as nice, so I’d say for what it is, it’s worth the money. Cons: Despite having 3 solid pieces, it still didn’t feel all that sturdy when assembled with nothing in it, so I was hesitant to move it much. I would just recommend building it close to where you are going to put it. And be careful if you ever moving it if you ever want it in another location. ... show more

I am so very happy with this cabinet. I must admit I was very nervous. The first one came and the measurements were off. I couldn't get past step 3. I reached out immediately to Amazon and ultimately they replaced it for me. I was SO nervous that I'd purchased a lemon. I faithfully read reviews to assist me with making decisions around my purchases and this had so few reviews that I was scared but it met my needs perfectly. Due to the space in my home office, I didn't want something that had doors that opened out nor did I want everything exposed. I LOVE the versatility it affords me. It looks just like the picture. If you follow the instructions it goes together seamlessly (when it isn't a defective product). So, there are about 20 parts but again it is very simple step by step. I am not a novice and regularly put items together. While they provided the tools needed, which is great, I used my screwdriver as it's a better product ;) but none of my Hexagon Allen Keys fit so I had to use theirs. It was fine, you needed it minimally, probably 8 or 12 times. You will need help for parts or you will struggle. I am a 52 year old woman of average stature. I needed my spouse to (a) bring the heavy box in the house (102 lbs) (b) set it in a space close to where I was setting up as well as space to set out all pieces. I laid the pieces all up against the wall in my office. I needed him to lift it when attaching the bottom piece to the center and I needed him again when I needed to pick the top up, align it and sit in on the now bottom. The final time I needed him was to slide the heavy piece of furniture into place. It took me about 2 hours or so, in truth I didn't time myself. I may be review number 59ish so I am detailed on purpose. It's a very sturdy piece that affords me good storage which is what I needed but I didn't want something where everything had to all be on display. I like the option as I can have it both ways. I LOVE the sliding door feature which is the main reason I chose it over many others. Finally, I measured to ensure it would fit exactly where I needed it so it's size is exactly what I was expecting. I like how it looks in the room. ... show more

Flimsy pieces of particle board with improper threading so the screws just straight up rip out. The holes don't line up in a lot of areas as well, and some of the legs were crooked. Will be returning. I don't recommend buying this overpriced, low quality product. Manufacturer should be ashamed.

    • Inside shelf depth is only 13 inches and not 15 inches.

This is a beautiful piece, but please keep in mind that the stated depth of the shelf is not 15 inches. It is actually about 13 inches. Why is that important? I wanted to put my microwave in there which has a depth of 15 inches however, after putting it in, I realize that the doors would not close because the actual depth is 13 inches. So I had to go out and buy a new microwave that is 13 inches deep and cut a hole in the back of the cabinet for the cord. So please keep that in mind when purchasing this item.
