It’s been through plenty of wear and travel, holding up well to regular use without irritation or tarnishing. The black plating still looks mostly intact, though it finally showed some wear after heavy use. Pros: Good value for stainless steel Comfortable and a descent weight Doesn’t tangle in hair Sturdy clasp and well-made links Easy to add charms Black finish is unique and fun Cons: Gold tone is a bit too brassy Chain is flat, not round as described I ordered the black 18-inch, 6mm necklace and paired it with the gold 22-inch version — both have been great everyday pieces. The black one feels fresh and modern, and it actually reminds me of a favorite necklace I had as a kid. The gold version looks fine but is a little too brassy for my taste. Both chains are comfortable to wear, don’t tangle in my hair, and are easy to add charms to. The clasp is sturdy, the links feel durable, and for stainless steel, they’re an excellent value. Just note that these are flat links, not round, despite the description. If you’re unsure about sizing, a quick measurement with a fabric tape will help you pick the perfect length. heavier than I expected and I re-ordered another one in 20" and thinner. Depends on taste, nice necklace just be sure what size and thickness you prefer. 1st one I got was to thin, second to thick, the third was just right.

Looks great and very stylish. Lasted about a month. I felt something scratching the back of my neck so I reached behind me to find the clasp had broken. I might have gotten one with a bad soldering job but it came apart too easily. I would not recommend.
