This is my third purchase of this grow light. I absolutely love this dual light plant stand. I like the fact that you can raise and lower the lights, depending on the location and the height of your plants. I also like that you can rotate and position the lights. Having the time feature of 3, 6 or 12 hours with automatic shut off and turn on is perfect. I like this one so much that I bought three of them and now all of my plants are thriving and growing. It was very easy to assemble and it’s easy to use in position the light to reach several plants at one time. This is great! Totally adjustable for every stage of a plant's growth. I got this for my monstera, thinking it had to be really tall. But then it ended up being too tall... yet it has multiple attachments, so I only needed to make it part of the way high. I can make it taller later when my monstera grows bigger later — and it will!!! — which is such an added bonus! My monstera is very bushy right now, so this having 2 lamps is very important. The light is great and just right for what this light-hungry plant loves! I don't have a good window to place it in unfortunately, as I have a ton of orchids and houseplants already crowding all of the windows already! So quality LED grow lights are a must! The timer is perfect, and i keep it on 12 on, 12 off. The stand is very sturdy. No flickering lights. Just steady high quality light all day while timer is on! Perfect fot what i need. Look at how much my monstera has grown in almost a month with this light!!! These photos say a lot!! I saw the difference when posting them for this review for the first time and am super impressed in how fast this plant grows under ideal conditions!!! I am new to monstera BTW. ... show more

I love this lamp. We bring some of our bigger outdoor plants inside for the winter months, but struggle with low light in the house. There is a full spectrum of light choices, along with 10 different light strength choices. The timer seems quite reliable as well. Other reviews have noted that the lamp is not adjustable. It is adjustable by removing one or more of the three pole segments to adjust the height. This may be more limiting than some prefer, but it is possible to adjust the height.
