I think this charger is works well in its charging capacity and speed. It's heavy and the cord feels like it is good quality, but the foldable plug seems to be easily dislodged from the outlet. That bothers me. This morning the dog barely bumped it and it came out and fell on the floor. That can't be good for the charger. ... show more

I liked this item because it was comparable to the original laptop charger we replaced. Con: it was hot to the touch as it was being used. We stopped using it once it broke after my son dropped it. Oopsie.
