I really love the look and size of this desk, it’s exactly what I was looking for. Building it took several hours on my own with a small lightweight hand drill. Everything was labeled right and instructions were easy to follow. A few of the threaded inserts came out due to over-tightening, but I glued them in and let it dry overnight without issue.     • Excellent Desk with some flaws

I have had this desk for a few days now. And I get compliments from other office workers that they wish they had bought my desk instead of the ones they were using. The design and color scheme are very nice. I like the L shaped due to the fact I have more space to move around. I especially like that is has the privacy panel so that others do not see your legs or feet when you are standing or sitting. The small cubie on the side of the desk is a nice touch. It also has a couple of cubies and a shelf under the desk. Those are a nice addition to the desk. The only issue with those cubies, is that they are a little far under there and you have to give it a little reach to place or remove items. Now I must talk about the issues with the desk. First off, the desk had a lot of parts and made a large snow mess when you are sifting through the pieces. It also called for a lot of hardware to put the desk together and you had to move from one box to another to assemble certain steps. SO, MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ALL THE BOXES IN THE SAME ROOM. Even though the desk seems pretty solid. The main desktop is very poorly made. It seems to be made out of two thin pieces of wood with cheap board in-between. There are several areas that sound very hallow and you can actually depress the top piece down. Next up is the motor. For the type of desk, the motor does move very slow. My coworker has another brand desk and a slightly better made top a little heavier, and their desk beats mine in speed when lowering or lifting. Spent months looking for a standing desk that doesn't look cheap, is L-shape, and has drawers. This one is perfect--the top is one piece of wood (many standing desks are not one solid piece), and it has real drawers (rather than the cloth ones). I specifically purchased this desk because it had storage and a drawer to keep my files. The file drawer does not close when there are files in it. I have gone back and forth with the seller for months to make it correct and they basically told me to just not put files in the file drawer. That is literally the whole reason we purchased this desk opposed to others. I will never purchase from this company ever again. A few of the threaded inserts came out but we were able to just glue them back in, let them dry and continue building. Assembly was easy. This desk is super nice and heavy duty. I’d give it 5 stars, but it was not easy to put together. The desk came in 3 boxes, which I expected. The boxes are super heavy. There are so many dang pieces and screws!! Wear your glasses to read the instructions too. It took between 2-3 hours for it to be completely done. Great desk! Perfect size and nice color. The wood grain is somewhat lighter/cooler than in the photo, but very pretty. The drawers don’t sit perfectly straight but it’s not a huge deal. Very smooth desk motor operation. When I received the desk (which comes in 3 boxes), one of the boxes was not correct. I contacted the company and they were extremely helpful and got me the missing parts very quickly, especially considering the holiday. They even gave me a partial refund for the inconvenience.
