These boots are beefy! I weighed one on the postage scale – almost two pounds! The bottom sole is deep and has a surface designed to grip. It does a good job at providing a secure footing. The outer surface of the boot looks to be made of excellent quality materials, and very sturdy. The top two sets of eyelets are hooks, so they enable convenient lacing and unlacing with the hefty round shoelaces. The removable insole is a thick, spongy material that provides a comfortable cushion. I ordered my regular shoe size and the boots fit fine with ample toe room and enough room for thicker winter socks. I install floors for a living so I go through shoes A LOOOT faster than most people. Most shoes don't have to be reinforced at the tops of the toes so they aren't. I've tried a few steel toed shoes but most of them have the issue of the cap digging into the top of my foot as I crawl around. Which needles to say gets painful real quick. Boots with their high ankle support mitigates that. These are very comfortable. There's no issue with the cap digging in as I crawl around. They come with a good insole with nice instep support. Though that being said since I already had them, I paired the stock with some 4D insoles. Those if you've never tried them are way better than gel ones like Doctor Scholl's or what have you, and they only cost 9.99 so they're less expensive too. These were already comfortable but the combo of both insoles is heavenly. The build quality is nice. No loose threads anywhere. They feel nice and solid. The only thing I can think to complain about is a nothing burger. I don't like round laces like these have. I hate feeling anything bouncing around on top of my foot when I walk so I tuck the laces after tying them. Round laces are too thick to do that without a bit of discomfort. Plus they come out easily. So I replaced these with some flat laces from one of the many shoes I destroyed at work. It's only been 5 work days so far but I can already tell that these are going to hold up well. I'm happy I got these. ... show more

The boot are of great quality, they are well made and very sturdy. However they are a bit too heavy. Steel toe, water and slip proof. Still rocking them but maybe not so much everyday. Excellent arch support. I think I'll keep them for yard work or jobs around the house.

My husband works in a profession that requires work boots, steel toe, and waterproof. The MWORK 6" Work Boot for Men delivered on all three. Over the years, he has spent hundreds of dollars on work boots, with some pairs costing as much as $200 each. These boots come in with a much lower price tag, yet still offer all the comfort, style, and safety required to do his job. They fit like a dream, which is no small feat since he has a small bunion on one of his feet, making tight work shoes a nightmare by the end of a long day. These offered no discomfort whatsoever. Additionally, the anti-fatigue feature kept his feet feeling great all throughout the day. He loves the 6" height of these boots, which strengthen his ankles for a sure step every time. The fact that there is a microbe shield in the foot to prevent bacterial or fungal growth or funky smells is a bonus. While his feet don't usually sweat too much, he does, by nature of his work, step in wet areas from time to time, so anything that prevents a stinky, musty boot is awesome. Everything about this shoe screams excellent quality, and the steel toe box is just roomy enough so his toes aren't cramped. He usually needs a couple of days to break in new boots, but found these comfortable and easy to wear from the get go. Overall, we are both very impressed with the quality of these work boots and would absolutely consider another pair when the wear out - which we don't expect to happen for at least 18 months! ... show more

It's pretty bad. I received it this past weekend. March 9, it's March 12 and my ankles are bruised. I thought it was just cuz of the "break in period". But I've never experienced this kind of discomfort pain for any shoes or boots ive gotten in the past. At first it was cool. Sturdy ankle support, sucky as5 sole inserts. Just imagine standing on a rock unbalanced. That's how it felt. And right away I noticed the sucky ankle padding, on the upside, the ankle support is sturdy as heck. Im a blue collar trade worker so im on my feet 8+ hours a day so unfortunatly i cant send this in for a refund eventho ive only worn it for 2 days. I would never recommend these to anyone even on my worst day. ... show more
