These cups are great for sending dips/dressings in my and my son's lunch. They are easy enough to open/ close that my 5 year old can use them, but close tight enough that they haven't leaked at all. Super easy to clean, the lids had stained a little but I don't mind

My wife hates single use plastics, so if I CAN convince her to get take-out, if they happen to put sauces in those tiny plastic single-use containers, we will 100% be saving those for use in lunches. I HATE hand-washing those little b@&*#!ds. Too small and weak for the dishwasher, easy to lose track of in the sink, and hard to get dried-out ranch out of the tiny grooves in the lid. One day I got sick of this, ordered these stainless-steel containers, tossed all the weak plastic ones, and we've never looked back. The quality is very good. I like how many were included. I was able to split it up and give some to my sister. I've only used them to hold hummus and ketchup and they did the job well. The metal container is easy to clean but the lid was much tougher. I hand washed and it seemed clean but once it dried, I can see some of the hummus crusted on top. I had to scrub way harder to get it off. It was sitting in my lunchbag all day but I cleaned it once I got home so I was surprised how much effort it took. Nothing spilled out during the day though and I felt like the metal container kept the contents colder for longer. ... show more
