6 pack combo blades 3-45 and 3-60 degree blades -Use to cut media like card stock with the Deep Cut Blades. - IF TEARING OR NOT EXACT corners or fine detail is not able to be cut this is usually NOT THE CAUSE OF A DULL BLADE but rather the use of the wrong blade angle for the media desired. Too often people blame a blade for being dull when if a proper angle blade is used with the desired media this would eliminate the problem in 90% of the situations. This is most always true with the carbide hardening process used on our blades as they are very durable compared to a standard blade metal. -The length of the blade is NO FACTOR, different makers use different length front edge. THE ONLY part of the blade that contacts the media is the angle tip. Deep cut is always 60 degree, Standard is always 45 degree. Do not be confused by a longer front edge as it will never touch what your cutting. -Media and blade choice: Blade angle is not how much metal blade is showing or how thick or long the shaft is. None of that actually comes in contact with the media it is cutting. Only a fraction of the tip ever meets the media. Precision cutting is all dependent on the right angle for the media. I expected these to be the bomb blades for my Cricut but they just seem to be okay. They do not cut better just about the same as the Cricut blades. The plus side is that there is 6 for the price of like 2 Cricut blades!

I bought these to use in my Cricut Explore Air. The regular blades that come with the device wear out quickly, and I had gone through 3 of them since I got it in June. Cricut also markets a Carbide blade on both regular and deep cut versions, but they are expensive. When I saw this package for roughly the cost of a single carbide blade direct from Cricut, I figured it was worth a shot. I am THRILLED with my COMBO 45/60 -6 Standard Deep Cut Replacement Blades for Craft Cutting Machines, Bridge, Cricut, Roland. I could immediately see an improvement in the crispness and accuracy of the cuts even over a brand new regular blade from Cricut. Even with fine scroll-like designs that were shrunk to less than half their original size they cuts were clean with no dragging and no skipped spots. Even fancy materials like glitter vinyl are accurately cut and the blade seems to REALLY last a long time without dulling. I will be using these blades as my go-to from now on! ... show more

I have the newest cricut machine & I use it a lot so I am constantly buying new blades. I always bought the cricut blades & they are so expensive so I decided to take a chance and try these. How can they claim these blades last x-amount longer than other blades??? They don't work worth a damn straight out of the package! Ruined one vinyl then another with a brand new deep cut blade. OK, so maybe it was a fluke. Swapped in yet another brand new one and it still doesn't cut through to the backing evenly! I'm afraid to even try their standard blade! Went to Joann's and they had the genuine Cricut blades at a great price so, picked up two sets. Those should last me 100x's longer than these pieces of crap! Get what you pay for! ... show more

I have not used these yet so my star ratings may change, but I did want to post a picture of the blades next to my original cricut blades. On the one photo I listed them in order, I colored in the tips where the metal is sliced away for easier viewing... the Cricut blades are sliced further back. I don't know if that makes a difference or not, but it is a difference I noted. Also, I carefully lined up the back end so they were all even on their starting points and you can see the cricut blades are longer (noted with green lines). They are considerably cheaper than cricut blades, so I will definitely be testing them, but they are different, so I did want to show that! Once I use them, I'll let you know how they fair! I could not see a huge difference between the 45 and 60 degree bridge cutters. You can definitely tell the difference between the standard and deep cut variations of cricut blades. ... show more

I use these blades with my Cricut Explore Air and it works just like the one it came with. Very good quality, good cuts, can't tell the difference from the two. I defiantly recommend this instead of the name brand blades.
