I got this 6-pack of adhesive baby proofing strap locks to secure a top drawer that my toddler recently discovered, and they’ve been working perfectly. Now that he’s in full exploration mode around the apartment, I needed something quick and effective, and these definitely did the job. Installation was very easy, just attach the adhesive side and press it in place. No drilling, no tools, no complicated setup. The straps feel very sturdy once installed, and they’ve completely prevented my toddler from opening the drawer. So far, they’ve stayed firmly in place and look secure. I haven’t tried removing them yet, so I can’t speak to whether they leave any marks, but at this point everything looks good. Overall, I’m very happy with them. They’re simple, strong, and give me peace of mind without damaging furniture or requiring screws. For toddler-proofing a home quickly, these are a great solution.

These strap locks were way easier to install than I expected. No drilling, no screws, no tools at all. Just peel the adhesive backing and stick them on. Took me maybe 10–15 minutes to baby-proof multiple spots around the house. The adhesive is surprisingly strong. I’ve used them on drawers, the trash can, the fridge, and even the toilet lid, and they’ve held up great without peeling or loosening. My toddler definitely tries to yank things open and these actually stop them. I also like how adjustable they are. You’re not stuck with one length, so they work on bigger appliances like the oven or microwave just as well as smaller cabinets. Super versatile compared to the bulky hard plastic latches. Big bonus: they’re low profile and don’t look ugly or industrial. They blend in pretty well instead of making your kitchen look like a daycare. If you want something quick, renter-friendly, and effective without putting holes in your cabinets, these are 100% worth it.

I was so excited for these originally because they are very good quality, they're easy to install, & they seem like they will never come off, but I HATE how hard that tab is to push over. I get that they're child-proofing straps, but I have to shove my nail between the back of the tab & the base just to get it to move over enough so that I can use my thumb & that just HURTS! There are definitely better options out there.
