I got this set to replace the failed shop lights in my garage. I was impressed by how well these lights were packaged; that was the first sign of their high quality. Each light is extremely lightweight, which makes it easy to hold over your head during installation. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, although I chose not follow all of the steps. I skipped the hanging and toggle bolt part and just screwed the lights straight into my drywall ceiling. They are light enough that they don't even have to be mounted to joists. The set comes with all of the hardware you could need to mount the lights to a wood, concrete, or cavity ceilings/walls. Each set of hardware is individually bagged, which makes it easy to separate the lights and their respective hardware for installation in different rooms/areas, if desired. This is the first light I have ever had that allows you to control the light color temperature just by switching the wall switch on/off repeatedly within five seconds. I was skeptical that it would work, but it sure does! That is so much more convenient than other lights I have that require you to set the color temperature on the fixture itself, so it has to be uninstalled if you change your mind. Once you set the color temperature you want (cold white, natural white, or warm white), you just have to wait at least eight seconds before turning the switch off again to get it to remember (default to) your preferred color temperature in the future. Based on the quality of these fixtures, the brightness of the LEDs, the ease of installation and adjustment, and the five-year warranty (which basically ensures you will get at least five years of use out of these lights), this set is a great value!

Hello! I like the Lumen output, also the adjustability. However, in the past, I have found the internal circuit for converting AC to DC to be weak, so these last at most a year of use. The panels are easy to install. I will write more on efficiency after use.

These 1x4 FT LED Flat Panel Light Surface Mount-3000K/4000K/5000K 50W 5500L light panels come well packaged with an installation template, detailed installation instructions, and can be installed on a variety of surfaces. The light is supported by several screws on the edges and two safety wires. The instructions are clear. If anything, this is overkill for the installation given how light these are. Installation may take time as there are so many screws / anchors to install. The lights come with installation kits containing lots of different fasteners for different situations. The lights are very light, much less heavy than the fluorescent fixture they would replace. They make about as much light as a two tube fixture. The color temperature can be set as described. I like the middle color best for accuracy. The amount of light does compare to a two tube fixture. The light is pretty even across the panel. These claim to be ETL listed and a search on the ETL website does find this model number as a listed product. It might have been nicer if they were as bright as a 4 tube fixture, which is pretty common. These days, these lights are about the same or cheaper than the fluorescent tubes and especially the ballasts that you might replace on an existing fixture. Replacing the entire fixture with these leds ones would be cost effective in the short term and in the long term as they use about half the power.

These ZRUI-US brand flat-panel surface mount LED light fixtures are a good way to add a lot of light to your shop/garage/basement or kitchen. Each light measures about 46 inches long by a bit more than eleven inches wide. They are less than one inch thick. These lights draw about 50 watts each, and produce about 5,500 lumens of illumination. It is possible to set each light to one of three light color-temperatures, as you prefer: a warm yellow-white of 3,000 Kelvin, a medium white of 4,000 Kelvin, and a daylight white of 5,000 Kelvin. It is also possible to purchase and install a separate compatible dimmer switch at the wall that will allow you to dim or brighten your light to the level you find most useful. Installing these lights is not difficult - something any electrician or moderately handy person such as my self can do. They use standard USA 110-120 volt three-wire connections, with a wall switch to turn on and off. They are pretty light, so a drywall ceiling can easily support each light safely when installed as directed. The thing I like best about this type of panel light is that the illumination is spread quite evenly, with few or no shadows to bother with. When you arrange the lights carefully, at the time of installation, you can have excellent illumination over your work area with only a moderate amount of electricity used. I'm using mine in my garage shop for everyday lighting needs. I recommend them!
