Works as it should. Easy to install. I really like that it uses a regular size AA battery instead of the L version that our previous stronger used. Much more convenient. I didn't end up using the wires that came with it, so I can't comment of their functionality.

Not an exact fit, but with a little DIY modification it worked. This is on a Char-Broil. The OEM was a three-wire system. One wire went from the ignition button to the electrical box, then two wires went to the igniters from the box. The OEM took an AA battery. The new one takes a AAA battery, hence the hole where it mounts is bigger. I dremeled out a large washer and it filled the gap nicely. Since the new one is a two-wire system it eliminated the third wire that goes from the start button to the electrical box. Works great. ... show more
