Buying a mattress online is convenient, but also a bit daunting as you can't try it before you buy it. But, I am happy to say that so far, this mattress has been a decent choice, and has worked well for our needs. So, this comes rolled up and compressed, which is standard with foam mattresses. Upon opening, it looks very thin, but it expands fairly quickly. We did let it sit for 24 hours before using, as per the instructions. As far as comfort goes..... this mattress is being used for my daughter's bed. She has been using it for over a month now, and finds it comfortable, and we have not had any complaints. I will say, I tested it out too, and it does feel nice, but as an adult, I would probably throw a mattress topper on just to add some additional height and comfort. ... show more

Buying a new mattress today is much different than it was years ago. Today's mattress purchase is a lot about convenience as well as comfort, and this twin memory foam mattress couldn't be a more convenient way to buy a new one. It's pretty standard these days that many foam mattresses are delivered tightly rolled up and compressed, and this one does the same. Not only is it a compact package, but it's easy for one person to carry and unpack. It states that it needs to sit for about 7 days for it to fully decompress and be ready to use, however mine was ready in two days with the help of a fan and some occasional patting with my hand. It's a standard twin size, is 6" thick and its made of a breathable, high rebound foam that conforms to your body and then quickly goes back to its original shape when you get up. It has medium firmness and provides good support, so you'll be sleeping comfortably through the night. It has a zippered mattress cover, so it's removable and machine washable. A feature I really like, especially if a child is using it. You really can't go wrong with this memory foam mattress. It's cool and comfortable, washable, hassle-free to transport and very reasonable priced; especially compared to a standard spring mattress. If you need a comfortable mattress at a good price, this one may very well suit your needs. ... show more
