We use this mattress in our guest bedroom, so it doesn’t get daily use, but it’s been excellent so far. Guests have said it’s very comfortable, and I’ve tried it out myself. Amazing twin mattress! My soon to be 5 year old really loves it! And so do I! It is soft, yet firm enough to feel supported and comfortable. There is a slight smell to it but it smells like a brand new mattress, to me. I'm sure it'll go away, soon enough. Perfect fit and size for a 5 year old!

Update: I was in communication with company due to my back pain. They were prompt, respectful, caring, and kind. They gave several recommendations to try. When those didn’t work, they continued to work to resolve the issue, all they while still maintain a high standard of respectful manners. It was easily one of the most refreshing costumer service experiences I’ve had recently. I appreciated their kindness and willingness to try to resolve my pain. I don’t know why I had such a different experience than others as it is very comfortable to sit on; I guess my age is finally getting to me. I was hopeful based on the reviews, but was sadly disappointed. Everyday I have woken up with back pain that I hadn’t had before I started using the mattress, and nothing else has changed. I hadn’t hoped the first few days it was just needing more time to fully inflate or some other minor issue that would work out, but now over a week later hoping for a change and still waking up with pains that I hadn’t never had before and the mattress being the only change, I am extremely disappointed I sank so much money into this product.

July 4, 2025: I recently purchased a mattress from this company, and unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. The product was advertised as significantly softer than it actually is, which led me to believe it would be a comfortable fit for my space and sleep preferences. Upon arrival, it became clear that the mattress was not only too firm but also completely incompatible with my needs, it has even caused me back pain, forcing me to move to a different bedroom just to get adequate rest. I made every reasonable effort to make the mattress work. I tried using a mattress topper and gave it a fair trial over an extended period, but the discomfort persisted. The issue isn’t just personal preference, it stems from a product listing that I believe was misleading in its description of the firmness level and suitability. When I contacted the company to express my concerns, I had hoped they would take responsibility for the inaccurate advertising and offer a fair resolution. Unfortunately, their response has been disappointing. They’ve only offered a partial refund, contingent on a return that would cost me up to 25% of the original purchase price. This puts an unfair financial burden on me for a mistake that was not mine. The other option I was offered was a partial refund while keeping the mattress, but this solution is not practical for me. I do not have the space to store an unused mattress, nor do I have any use for it, given that it does not meet my needs and has already caused discomfort. Retaining a product that serves no purpose, simply to recover a portion of what I paid, is not a reasonable or fair resolution. While I understand that businesses need to protect their bottom line, it should not come at the expense of the customer, especially when the problem stems from how the product was marketed. I expected better accountability, transparency, and customer care. Sadly, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this mattress or the company behind it.

The mattress itself is very nice. But, there is no way this mattress will fold up in a sleeper sofa! I had purchased this for my camper with the post showing an RV in the product description. So we have to pull it off of the sofa bed and store it on top of our regular bed in the camper. But, again the mattress itself is very good as far as support and comfort.
