I manage vacation rentals sometimes one group leaves and another group arrives the same day. We had what i thought was a nice area rug but wine and coffee spills wouldn’t come out. The complaints came in the reviews. I was a bit wary of this but it’s actually very attractive what I especially like is on the bottom it has grip material so it won’t slide. I waited to write this until I washed after a stay by a large group. There was as some spills but I used pre wash spot remover and put it in the machine. It looks as good as when it arrived. It’s a great value to us because we wasted a lot of time trying and failing to get the last one clean. I didn’t dry it just hung it on the balcony and it was ready in a couple of hours.
