The blender is absolutely amazing I had a small personal before and had to do multiple rounds of making smoothies when I had people over but this blender is huge it’s perfect for making smoothies or milkshakes for multiple people and it has so many modes it’s super fancy with the heating and cooling features it’s also super easy to clean and not loud at all I love it!

So far I feel this blender is great! There is a lot of power. Especially the product offered 5 year warranty. The seller should let potential buyers know, therefore more people will buy it.

This blender is not easy to operate. There are several buttons that don't seem to make much difference. It would be much better with a straight 1 through 10 speed selection and a pulse selection. It does not grind up all of the ingredients. I cut my carrots up into 1/4" slices, but I always have chunks left in the bottom of my smoothie. Other things, don't always get ground up either. I have tried the different button functions, but I get the same result. I do like the fact that it has a glass container, which is the reason that I bought it. Yes, the glass container is a little heavy, but it is what I expect for a glass pitcher. The electrical cord is not too short for me. It is not too noisy, it is quieter than a Ninja that I have. It boasts a lot of watts, but it does not have a lot of speed. I expected a lot more for the price. My Oster blender, at half the price, worked much better.

I wanted to love this blender. As soon as I received it, I put my ingredients in, hit the option and pressed start. It seemed good.. a little loud but it probably has a lot of power. After 45 seconds, it shut down. No power going to it. Luckily support was good and sent me a new one. Fast forward 2 weeks later— I just got back from a vacation and I was so excited when I saw the new one waiting for me. I go to plug it in to make sure the power is good-no issues. I get everything going again, making a mess with my nut butter concoction lol. I put the blender cup on, secured the lid, and hit the purée option then start. It starts going, and I’m like a kid on Christmas! Literally 2-3 seconds go by and the whole thing shuts down with no power. Not kidding I wanted to cry. I tested different outlets-nothing. I had really high hopes. But honestly after 2 of them doing the exact same thing, I just can’t. :(

Been using this blender for a month. It is great! I mainly use it for smoothies, which I add chia seeds and flax seed meal to. It grinds everything down pretty well with one shot. The only gripe I have is that the glass attachment can’t be submerged in water. But the auto clean settings works well prior to washing.

Wow! What a great product! This thing does everything- blend, boil, steam, puree, grind has different temps, so much and more. This is a fun product to use as it has many functions. Glass pitcher high quality and easy to use. Super cool display definitely recommending to friends and family!
