The quality is really good, it’s heavy duty, solid and not cheaply made. It’s surprisingly easy to use and it blends and chops and WARMS with ease. It’s a perfect size for my counter top and has plenty of power to cut through all types of foods. I am very impressed and so happy I purchased this. The blender is absolutely amazing I had a small personal before and had to do multiple rounds of making smoothies when I had people over but this blender is huge it’s perfect for making smoothies or milkshakes for multiple people and it has so many modes it’s super fancy with the heating and cooling features it’s also super easy to clean and not loud at all I love it!

Well, this is really dumb. The blender looks great and comes with all these acoutrements. but the plug/cord it comes with is SO short that you'd literally have to put it on the GROUND in order to use it! And it explicitly says that it's very dangerous to use with an extension cord or power adaptor, that doing so 'could result in DEATH' - so, well? I guess I'm returning it. How dumb. What a complete waste of time! : (
