I ordered this bike on Dec. 13th for my 11 yr old grandson we received it on Dec. 22nd , 2 days later the knot &bolt fell off then the cap for the back shock was broken, and the chain keeps slipping off. I sent email for replacement part I was told since it was a small part I would have to purchase and they would refund $10.00. The Shock Absorbers were bad, they eventually sent the replacement for it, my husband took it to a couple of bike shops and no one would touch it. It was a waste of money, it's sitting in my garage just for looks. I do not recommend this bike it worked for about a week . Since then I bought a new Kawasaki from the local dealer which I should have from the beginning. ... show more

    • Kinked vacuum line w/zip tie on it

There is poor instructions! I had to look up on Utube to find where the oil level should be. The reading for operating level of oil is at the bottom of the dipstick. It would be very easy to overfill if I had not look this up. The engine has to warm up for about 5 mins before use or it will just die. Also there is a very hard to get to gas pump bulb under the carburetor the needs pumped before starting. When shipped they kinked the vacuum line and placed a zip tie on it. This made it have memory of staying kinked going to fuel pump. Took me forever to figure why it would not keep running. I need the replace it but for now I mess with it to keep the kink out enough to stay running. Other than that the grandkids love it. ... show more

Missing parts, missing the stickers and instructions. After putting it together after getting missing parts……there was a hole one of tubes where the oil is at and that leaked all in our garage

This was for my 9 year old son. This is a great beginner bike. I have nothing but good things to say about the bike and company. When we received the bike, the pull start cover was broken. I messaged the company with photos and they messaged me back the same day that they would send us a replacement. Do not purchase from this vendor. Bike is non refundable and the bike is a piece of crap. My son fell off because back wheel locks and oil tube kept coming off while riding. Very disappointed

Mi kid loves it, but the instructions are not so helpful, specially because it thas not says anything about the oil, I had to buy some because the dipstick wasn't showing any, but oil star coming from every where now i have to work on it.
