Right out of the box, the experience was a struggle. The instruction manual was nearly useless—the font was microscopic and the images were so blurry I could barely make out the diagrams. To make matters worse, the manual completely ignored the accessories, leaving us to guess how to install the extra components. Assembly Issues Don't try to build this alone. You absolutely need two people to wrestle the metal base together. The pieces didn't fit properly at first and kept snapping apart under tension. It feels like the manufacturing tolerances are off, making the initial structure feel unstable during the build process. Design Flaws (The Safety Net & Ties) The engineering for the side protection is poorly thought out. The Bottom Ties: There is no dedicated attachment point for the safety net ties. Your only options are the metal base or the springs. If you tie them to the base as intended, it scrunches the fabric, making the whole trampoline look messy and "cheap." We ended up tying them to the springs to keep the fabric flat, but that’s clearly not the intended (or safest) way to do it. This would be a much better product if the manufacturer included a separate rail for the ties, or even just simple Velcro slits in the base cover. Between the terrible instructions and the awkward finishing details, I can't say this is a well-made product. Prepare for a headache if you buy this one. ... show more

I bought this as a birthday present to my 6 and 2 year old. I did struggle a bit putting it together and the foam has been ripped off by my 2 year old but its still standing strong and they play on it all the time. I dont regret this purchase with how much they love it. My 3 older kids even get on it here and there and it has not affected the integrity of it yet. ... show more

If I could give half points, I would give this trampoline 3.5 stars. It’s only been a little less than a week and I’m already seeing things ripped, frayed, or falling apart. The material used for the outer padding to cover the springs is the kind of fabric that rips/tears easily so it’s tearing where it’s connected to the black bouncy part in the center. Without the padding, it would pose a hazard to kids because the springs would essentially be exposed and kids can fall through the hole/spacing. I don’t think the bar that goes across the top is genuine metal because I can see it sag a little when my kids swing on the hammock or rings (my kids are only 3 and 2 years old). The bar on top where it connects together isn’t smooth either so it frayed the string for the hammock. When my husband noticed it the first day we set it up, we had to tie the hammock to the side so it wouldn’t eventually slide back to the rough part of the top bar. The hammock itself also had issues too. I noticed the red strings holding the hammock together on both sides were coming undone. I had to restring it and since I didn’t know how it was secured in the first place, I had to tie my own knot to make sure it didn’t come undone again. Luckily I noticed it because if I didn’t, my kids could’ve fallen off while swinging. Overall, I think there’s too many safety concerns and the material quality is lacking so I would not recommend this trampoline. ... show more
