As others have stated, the instructions leave something to be desired. My boy recently had surgery and needed a spacious kennel where he can move around in with his cone on. He weighs 97lbs. Love that it has wheels and double doors; side and overhead. Very sturdy material, I know he’s safe in there!

Crate is nice, however less then one month after purchase the wheel broke off flush. The crate is stationary and we do not move it. My dog I put in it weighs 90lbs, we only put her in it when we are not home. She is 6 and not very energetic… Also, the crate does not come with instructions to put together, it comes with a picture of items included and a picture diagram but no step by step. ... show more

Updated* I was able to communicate with the seller and was refunded $50 and was given the offer to keep the crate and sent replacement trays. I accepted since the damage to the panel does not seem to effect the overall function of containment. I am pleased with the resolution provided and feel confident if more issues arise, the seller will be able to honor their product.* 5/27/2026 I feel like this would've been a quality crate had random parts not arrived damaged. The quality of the panels is appropriate for the price point. Very disappointed because the box was not damaged at all, but the parts came damaged visibly. Which leads me to believe they were packed and shipped in that condition to begin with and that's just really poor business practices. Bars bent, trays severely chipped and cracked. And the floor of the crate just sits on pegs so if you needed to transport it, you'd have to disassemble the entire thing. However the size is great and it's not subpar material for the price. I would have been so happy with it had the pieces not arrived damaged. ... show more
