The media could not be loaded. I picked this dirt bike up for my 10 year old and setting it up was easier than I thought, most of it came pre-assembled so it was mainly just attaching the handlebars, front wheel, and checking the brakes, it took me maybe 30–40 minutes with basic tools and nothing too frustrating which was a relief, the pull start took a couple of tries the very first time but now it fires up pretty quick, once running it’s got enough speed to be exciting for kids without being so fast that it feels out of control, on flat dirt paths it really moves at a fun pace and the 10-inch off-road tires handle grass and gravel pretty well, the brakes respond smoothly which makes it easier for kids to feel in control, the seat is comfortable enough that they can ride for a while without complaining, it is a little heavy to push around when the engine’s off so younger kids might need help getting it into place, but once it’s going it rides steady and feels sturdy, overall assembly was straightforward and it’s been easy for my kid to start, ride, and enjoy without a steep learning curve.

Started right up ran great but parts are cheap. The chain kept popping off. I adjusted the chain and it still wasn’t right. The back caliper became loose fell off while my son was riding it and got caught in the wheel and destroyed the rotor and caliper. Also didn’t come with a part that goes on the kill switch. I asked them to send replacement they sent me the wrong part. Also sent me a rear rotor, which was right, but the caliper was wrong. The customer service was good though.

my son turned 13 got this and a scooter for his birthday safe to say the scooter doesn’t get as much attention but overall a great buy ! Less than 30 mins to assemble instructions was clear and simple …. I gave it 4 stars bc my son says the bike kept cutting off idk why I told him to just let it warm up I haven’t heard any other complaints from him but overall a 4/5.

I was skeptical at first. I ordered 2 (1 black and 1 red). Both items came in within 4 days of ordering. I did have an issue with the red one (rear wheel was broken). Customer service was very easy to work with, and fast. I was hoping for a replacement wheel, but the company sent me a whole new dirtbike for free. They even supplied the tracking number with the bike, which arrived less than a week after first speaking with the customer service team. My kids absolutely love these bikes and I am very happy with my entire experience.

After 2 rides, the wheel bearing exploded and cannot be ridden. I have a very upset son on his birthday. I emailed their customer support to see how this can be remedied and will update my review if there is an acceptable resolution. Update: The customer service was very quick in answering emails and getting us a replacement wheel. I am bumping up my star rating but still a bit disappointed in the quality--for example an exhaust shield kept flying off and we had to get creative to get it to stay put--my son actually burned his leg when this part flew off. But at least we were operational again with a week. Unfortunately another update—-after 5 uses the fuel line is leaking. This has been nothing but problems and I deeply regret this purchase.

The media could not be loaded. Got this small dirt bike for my nephew, he’s 9 and been begging for something like this. It start up easy and engine sound not too loud, kind of fun to hear actually. Seat feels soft and comfy, he ride around our small field and say it don’t hurt his back after a while. The brakes grip strong, I tested once, so I feel safe enough when he goes a bit fast. Suspension take bumps nice, not too shaky even on the rough dirt patch. Maybe a little heavy for smaller kids to push, but once running it’s fine. Took a bit for him to get balance but now he handle it good. We keep it clean after ride, so far no issue. another thing is the speed which i think they manually set it on a range to stay safe, it also does fit range of ages I say from 7 all the way 13 although they suggested for over 14.

My 6 year old wanted to upgrade his electric motorcycle so we purchased this for his birthday. Set up was pretty easy. It took my husband about an hour. It cranked up the first time. However as some of the other reviews stated, it is leaking gas. My husband is going to work on it to see if he can fix it.
