I bought this dirt bike for my 10-year-old son. After unboxing it, I followed the assembly video from the seller and had it put together in about 40 minutes. Pretty straightforward – all the tools I needed were included. The first start didn't go so well, though. My son was really excited and yanked the starter cord too hard – all the way to the end – and it jammed up and broke. We were pretty disappointed, especially since he'd been looking forward to it for days. But I have to say, the customer service team was awesome. I messaged the seller through Amazon, sent a quick video of what happened, and they didn't hesitate. They sent out a replacement starter handle right away, and it showed up in just three days. They also sent a short video showing the right way to do it: don't muscle it. Pull the cord gently until you feel it catch, then give it a quick, controlled pull – don't yank it all the way out. Once we got that down, it started on the first or second try. Now my son can do it himself. Once it's running, the bike has plenty of power. 30 mph is more than enough for a 10-year-old. He's been riding it on grass and small hills, and he absolutely loves it. The suspension and brakes feel solid, so I don't worry too much watching him ride. The bike itself is good quality, but what really stood out was how responsible the seller was when we ran into trouble. Definitely a solid purchase.

Little smaller than I thought. Seat height is near 22.5 inches. Quality was great. Better than I expected. Very durable. Good value for money. Pull cord did seem to catch at times when starting the bike, but customer service was very responsive and helpful. They went above-and-beyond to resolve the issue. We no longer have any issues with that. The engine is a little loud, but it’s a dirt bike, so that’s expected. Suspension is good. It came with oil (check just in case). Goes 25mph. Overall great bike for someone maybe 8-11 years old. My son just turned 11, he’s 4’10 and borderline too big for it. His legs can touch the ground with his knees slightly bent. Otherwise, it’s great bike. I would recommend.

This dirt bike is well-made and easy to operate. It starts quickly, the speed is safe for 8-14 years old kids, dual disc brakes and shock absorption work great on rough ground. My kid has tons of fun riding outdoors.

Barely lasted a weekend and the clutch flew apart. Update: the company offered to replace or fix the bike. I told them I was going to try to repair it myself. They checked back with me to see if it had worked. I told them I was unable to fix it. They sent me a brand new replacement bike at no cost. They stand behind their product. I give these guys credit, not many companies have that type of costumer service.

Before choosing this bike, I did my homework and went with the 4-stroke over a 2-stroke. Simple reason: I didn’t want my kid surrounded by smoke. Turns out, that was the right call! This 4-stroke starts up with almost no visible smoke, and the exhaust smell is very mild. The first time my 8-year-old son rode it, the chain slipped off. I was a bit frustrated, but after doing some research and spending a few hours wrenching on it, I finally got it dialed in. He’s since put about 7 hours of run time on it with no chain slipping at all. The engine fires up first pull every time, big thumbs up there. It’s a 50cc, but it definitely rips for its size. My son has an absolute blast riding it. Assembly took me about 45 minutes, and I did it with my husband—pretty straightforward. My son loves riding it, and I feel good about the purchase.
