Ordered the item and spent countless hours putting it together only for it to not start, did the troubleshoots including changing the spark plug and still did not work, emailed the company with all of the details and the only response I got was, “what is the issue?” After explaining my issue I got NO more replies. Thankfully Amazon gave me a refund, so I assumed I received a lemon and purchased the same item again. Only because it’s a beautiful bike!! I received the refund and ordered the exact same one and encountered the exact same problem, took it to a repair shop and was told there was no spark and basically it would cost around the same price to fix the bike that I paid for it.

It does what it says. Good for my 8 year old. It's his first power bike. It doesn't go too fast, easy to use. He isn't quite strong enough to pull the cord fast enough to get it going, but we don't mind doing that for him. He's a happy camper!

This bike is easy to assemble and it comes with a cool tool kit. My son absolutely loves it. The only downfall is that your kid will smell like fuel after riding as the gas cap has a vent hole in it. It is a really bad design.

Stay away! They will do everything to make you keep it until the return window is closed. New engine after a handful of runs. Exhaust just broke off the engine. Front forks are breaking. Just stay away
