Works great for camping
Color: Dark Black
This has been a great addition to our camper. We went dry camping for 5 days and it held a charge well. We charged our phones, fans and headlamp with ease. We are able to charge this using our solar panel (not directly hooked up, but when this is hooked up to our power in the trailer while solar panel is charging our main battery). It is fairly small and fits inside a cupboard. This is a better price than some other brands. We bought a carrying case to protect it.

So far a wonderful little power station.
Color: Dark Black
Works well so far. Like the information window. Still have more tests to run. If it continues to perform it will be 5 star. Like all other power stations when you get it. Charge it then run it down. After the full charge that time it's ready to go.

Great Solar Generator
Color: Dark Black
Fast shipping, great packaging and easy to read manual. Great value for the money. Not too heavy to carry around. Appearance is great, so is the size.

Likely a defective unit
Color: Black & Green
I bought this unit with the goal of keeping electronics charged for camping, with an upcoming trip coming in a few weeks. I really wanted this to work right out of the box. I received the unit and the solar panels and charged it up to 100 % via the wall. I used it a little and got it to 96%. I then decided to test the solar panel. After plugging in the panel, it seems to go through a cycle of measuring the wattage input, resetting and then it set itself at about 19-25 Watts of input; and that's with the solar panel in the full sun. I reached out to the seller and the advice was to decrease the battery and try again. I got the battery down to about 47% and I tried again. First, it kept it at 81 Watts of input. Then I unplugged the solar panel, re-plugged it in and then it held at 71 Watts, then again at 54 Watts, then again at 36 Watts, then again at 19 Watts, and lastly at 17 Watts. Based on guidance from Claude AI, I let it rest for 30 minutes. I tried again, and it is still sitting at 17 Watts input, with the solar panel in the full sun. (See the attached video.) I tested the output of the solar panel with a volt meter and it says the output is 18.1 volts (the open circuit should be at 20-22 volts). So I'm not totally sure if the solar panel is defective, or the solar generator, or both. I also closed the solar panel and put it in the shade to cool off. After opening it again, it was putting out 19.1 volts and inputting 74 watts. As the solar panel warms up, it puts out less wattage - after 20 minutes, it's only inputting 45 watts. I've been in contact with the seller, but there is always a significant delay - both with taking time to troubleshoot and with the seller responding. I'm hoping we settle on a solution soon, as the camping trip is coming quickly. Anyone else have issues like this with their solar generator and solar panel? I really hope that I didn't receive a used or refurbished unit. I'll update the review and the star rating once this is resolved.
