I bought this to use as a larger bassinet for my son. He outgrew his infant bassinet but we are not ready to put him in his crib. It’s good quality and easy to set up. The mattress it comes with is thin and hard. I bought a secondary mattress to add in. Getting the job done. Definitely not as sturdy as a bassinet but is not meant to be. I would buy you’re looking for something similar. Also, my bed is high but I would think standard height. We are unable to use the bedside sleeper function since the bassinet is lower than my bed.

this is a fantastic product! i think the very best features is the 4 different functions which allows you to use it over time. My boy is currently 2 months old and i really like the fact that he can sleep well on the comfortable mattress which comes with this kit, and i also appreciate the diaper changing platform that i could use every 2-3 hours. With this product i can start thinking about a road trip without the fear of how am i going to rest my baby. It's huge but convenient for me to put it back to the bag and carry it even in my convertible sports car. Really a bang for the bucks. P.S. The toys come with this kit are very lovely as well!
