I never leave product reviews but this item was worth my time. As a big guy I need a chair that I can trust to support my weight and be durable. This chair is made with quality, all the way down to the tool they sent with the hardware kit. Very impressed with the ease of assembly and with the overall look and feel. The rollers seem well made and durable for easy rolling, the back support his high enough to be effective and comfortable, and the cushions are thick and feel luxurious. Since I haven't had it that long I don't know how it will actually hold up but all signs point to a quality investment for this big fella.

Bought this for my wife and so far she's loving it. Compared to other chairs I've bought in the past this one actually looks like it''ll last with the build quality. Assembly was fine same as others, looks great it's very comfortable to sit in for extended periods. It is tall just like it describes unlike other chairs that claim to be tall. The lumbar support is nice being able to adjust it. I've bought chairs that were a bit cheaper or close to the price of this one and this is great value, you're definitely getting your moneys worth.

I would love to give this five stars because I love every part of this chair, except that it doesn't go tall enough. I have a standard desk (one of the common electric sit/stand on amazon) and the desk at its lowest setting is just a little too high. I have to scrunch my shoulders up to get my arms parallel. Its a great value, and I love the material, the moving arms and the lumbar support.

This office chair is super comfy! It arrived in a timely manner. I waited to share my thoughts after giving it some time to break in. I chose the black chair, it's a more universal color. The functionality is exactly what I needed. Assembly was a breeze, only took about 10 minutes! At 5'5 and a bit fluffy, I spend 10 hours a day at my desk working remotely, and this chair feels like quality. The padding is heavenly, keeping my rear cozy all day. The armrests are thick and comfy & raise up all the way so your can be pushed in all the way, and the backrest offers great support. Plus, the adjustable lumbar support lets me customize it just right. The wheels glide effortlessly on my hardwood and low-pile rug. I love the rocking feature, though it does take a little effort to rock...it's better suited just to lean back and stretch! The only thing I'd change, is wishing the seat was a tad more upright, so I wouldn't slouch. I definitely recommend this chair!! 😊

Good quality, lower back support is great. It does not easily lean back and the seat does not go down as much as others. The arm rest are a touch high as well. I'm only 6'1" so this may be the perfect height for taller people. If you want good support that keeps you upright this is a great chair.

First few days I was ready to give this chair a 5star review. However over the last week of getting daily use for it as I work from home I started noticing some issues already. First the lumbar inflatable support seems to gradually leak and lose its volume. Constantly have to repump it but its not the end of the world. The bigger issue is it states that it supports up to 500lbs. I'm a 6'1 male at around 245lbs. The mid to back of the seat of the chair has some springs and they already dont seem to support me anymore as it slumps down quite a bit and lost its firmness/strength. I have severe back issues which is why I researched different options and went with this one thinking the springs maybe better than thick foam that typically flatten over short periods of time. I'd return it, but again I have back issues and its just too much trouble to try and break it back down and box back up. Maybe I just got a dud.
